  • If you need to make any changes to your order, such as correcting address details or item sizing, please contact Client Support at info@elywood-official.com immediately. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been processed. If your order has already been processed, ELYWOOD is not responsible for any incorrect details entered.

    • In-stock orders placed Monday to Friday will take 2-3 days to process. Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days.
    • International shipping usually takes around 7 business days. Shipping times vary by region; contact customer service for local estimates. Note that factors like customs and environmental conditions can affect delivery.
    • During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process the credit to your account. Typically, it takes up to 7 business days to receive your refunds. If it takes longer than this period, please contact your bank. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send out your exchange item once we receive your return item and after checking its quality conditions.

  • Please inspect all products upon receipt. Returns and exchange requests are only accepted within 72 hours of delivery. Exchange items should be in their original condition with labels attached.

    1. We offer exchanges for the same style item, but customers are responsible for the shipping fees and any potential customs duties.
    2. We do not offer returns unless there is a quality issue or if the item received is incorrect. Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are excluded from the return fee.
    3. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.
    4. Items purchased from third-party retailers or specialty stores cannot be returned or exchanged. Please return or exchange items to the original store of purchase
  • Items purchased at full price within 7 days of being marked down are eligible for a store credit refund for the price difference. We do not provide price adjustments for sale merchandise, promotional purchases, or exchanges

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping for purchases exceeding 350 USD. It is important to note that the prices quoted exclude any potential customs or import duties that may be levied upon the package's arrival in your designated country. Kindly be aware that all customs duties, import taxes, and associated expenses are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, local authorities will retain your order until these charges are settled.
